Ibarra Asociados is a law firm
boasting a deep knowledge in business activities
due to a wide experience in the world of trade .
Formerly, around year 1978, ASESORIA IBARRA had
important customers in all economy fields, especially
in Pymes (Small and medium sized companies or enterprises).
Later, in 1983, the ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY was created
and it specialised in private and management companies
issues relating Public Administration, as for instance
Traffic matters, Social Security, Public Taxes…
In 1989, our firm created EUROCURS ESCUELA SUPERIOR
DE NEGOCIOS, a Graduate School of Business Administration
specialising in business-oriented education and
Competitive Examinations for the Justice Administration
and other sector bodies, apart from giving courses
on ISO 9000 STANDARDS; TOTAL QUALITY AND CONTINUOUS
IMPROVEMENT, LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION, TAXATION,
SPECIAL COURSE ON BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OCCUPATIONAL
RISK PREVENTION, COURSES IN COMPANIES, AND COURSES
ADDRESSED TO LAYWERS, ECONOMISTS AND LABOUR RELATIONS
GRADUATES, AMONG OTHER.
Then, and around 1993, we created INFORTRABAJO.Net,
a committed job search web site supported by firms
offering job vacancies. It was a free service, and
a large number of requesters found a job through
us, mainly in the fields of building and hotel business.
In 1990, we wanted to expand our business by obtaining
financing both for private individuals and businesses
that were in a difficult positions, collaborating
with different banks and finance companies, as well
as with private investors.
Nowadays, relying on a better organisation and resources
and with the collaborating support of other Law
and Economy professionals, we have created this
web site and expanded our services to the whole
country, with the aim of becoming, in a near future,
a benchmark in the world of LAW AND COMPANIES, paying
special attention to everything related to the FINANCIAL
DIFFICULTIES THEY MAY GO THROUGH
.
Our firm is open to the integration of new valuable
professionals who may contribute their knowledge
and enthusiasm to our young, but experienced team.
